Caroline is a chartered trade mark attorney at Hansel Henson, who joined the firm in September 2016.

She works on both contentious and non-contentious matters including enforcement and infringement proceedings.  Caroline's experience includes a wide variety of intellectual property matters, specialising in trade marks, designs, copyright and domain names (including Nominet’s dispute resolution service) .  Caroline also provides strategic brand protection advice and has worked with a wide variety of high profile clients, particularly in the fashion, cosmetics, gaming, household and wellness industries throughout a wide range of jurisdictions.

Caroline completed the ITMA Trade Mark Administrator Course in 2012 and then achieved the Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary University of London in 2015.  In the same year, Caroline went on to study for the Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice at Nottingham Law School.  She is also a member of CITMA, the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.

Prior to joining Hansel Henson, Caroline worked in private practice in London, both for US and UK law firms.
